It was a very light week of news this week. The biggest news of the week was Rivian’s newest promotion— Rivian is offering US and Canada-based customers the opportunity to shop available R1T and R1S protected in STEALTH, at no extra cost.

This week RJ shared on X that they are actively working on their phone charging issues that are well known to current R1 owners.

No exciting news this week.

At this time, you can now lease a brand-new Rivian in 26 states! No additional states were added this week. Where would you like to see Rivian allow leasing next?

R2 is coming back to California!

Join Rivian at Santana Row in San Jose, April 18—21. Vehicle specialists will be on hand to talk R2 features, specs and more. RSVP 

Last week’s poll received nearly 150 votes and 12% of people thought less than 100,000 reservations for the R2. 53% of people guessed between 100,000 and 150,000 reservations while 35% of people guessed over 150,000 reservations.

For anyone on X who is involved with the weekly Rivian space there is a poll out now for what is the best day for the weekly space. It is currently on Friday evenings but last week was held on Sunday due to the event in Normal, IL. Chad has a poll out now. Feel free to vote and let him know what your thoughts are.
